Lander Cycling Club

Article I, Name

The name of this organization shall be the Lander Cycling Club.

Article II, Objective/Mission

The objective/mission of this organization shall be to promote cycling in the community of Lander and Fremont County.

Article III, Membership

This organization shall be open to anyone who wishes to join. Payment of dues is one requirement of membership.

Article IV, Dues

Dues shall be $20.00 per individual and $30.00 per family. Members will be eligible to vote on issues pertaining to the cycling club. No members of the association in arrears will eligible to vote or enjoy any of the privileges or benefits offered by this association.

Article V, Meetings

Monthly meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon at a meeting.

Special meetings may be called as necessary by any of the officers of the cycling club.

Article VI, Officers

The officers of this organization shall be: President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer. Officers will be elected annually at one of the monthly meetings.

 

Article VII, Duty of Officers

President: The President shall preside over all meetings of the association and perform other duties as are expected of the President.

Vice- President: The Vise-President shall perform all the duties of the President in the absence of the President and perform other duties as are expected of the Vice-President.

Secretary/Treasurer : The Secretary/Treasurer shall prepare any necessary correspondence for the association. The Secretary/Treasurer will also notify the members of the association of meetings. The Secretary/Treasurer shall also keep true records of all meetings. The Secretary/Treasurer shall be responsible for collecting all membership dues.

Article VIII, Amendments

Any and all Amendments shall be here. Amendments will be voted on by all officers and members in good standing at monthly meetings.
